Rachel Cantu is Founder and Managing Partner at Simplify + Grow, a product integrity and process innovation consulting agency. She believes there is always a simpler, faster, better way of doing things and loves leading people and businesses through this discovery and transformation!
Rachel is an accomplished executive in the apparel industry, spending the last 20 years learning, leading, and implementing at Nike, Lucy, and Patagonia. Her roles have spanned the spectrum of leadership global manufacturing, responsible supply chain, innovation, product development, and quality. Her passion lies at the intersection of an empowering approach to transformational leadership and deep understanding of quality and process innovation on a global scale.
Her work has brought her to seventeen countries around the world and has thought her many lessons about how to drive business growth and lead successfully across varying cultures, backgrounds, and points of view. She is a collaborative leader with an optimistic outlook who believes that relationships are the cornerstone to any business success.
Prior to founding her consulting agency in the fall of 2017, Rachel worked as VP Global Supply Chain for Patagonia from 2012-2017. Prior to Patagonia, she led Product Integrity for Global Apparel and Corporate Affiliate Brands at Nike. At Lucy Activewear, she served Head of Quality for 3 years and prior to that founded her own company and also held various roles at Nike in sourcing, manufacturing, product safety, and quality engineering. Rachel has held board positions at Textile Exchange and The Young and Brave Foundation. She holds a BS degree in Apparel and Textiles Design as well as Business from Seattle Pacific University and studied for two years in the Harvard Business School Manage Mentor Executive Education program.
Ryan has spent that last decade supplying the world with fresh avocados. He is currently the Vice President of Operations at Mission Produce where he oversees 13 distribution centers and sets and manages quality standards across all packing houses in the various avocado growing regions. Before entering the avocado industry, he was a collegiate athlete at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he studied Agriculture Business. At Mission, he has developed and lead many teams and advised for multi-million dollar projects all over the world. He has supported the industry on the Hass Avocado Board’s Quality Committee where they have been working on a strategic initiative of advising on industry packing and handling standards. He is currently enrolled at the Ross School of Business at Michigan working on his MBA.
When not working, Ryan loves spending time with his family. He loves getting out and hitting the links as well as enjoying what the California coast has to offer!
Chantelle Limon is a licensed real estate broker and the Director of Marketing at RE/MAX Integrity in Camarillo, California. With a heart for her community, she has held leadership positions with several non-profit organizations including Shop143. Chantelle holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara as well as a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University.
